The revised Template includes Loan Summary Page, Unit Mix/Rent Roll,
Historical/Underwriting Cash Flow, Borrower Operating Statement
Re-Classifier, Underwriting Checklist, and Appraisal Review Checklist.
The template is created in Microsoft Excel workbook format, for easy data transfer to other programs and
templates.
Registered users may re-use the template over and over; however, they
may not re-sell or re-distribute the template without the prior written
permission of Banks Channel Publishing LLC. Multi-user licenses
and customized templates are available; please inquire through our Feedback
